The described product surfaces are Learning Tools, Study Hub flashcards, Learning Intelligence, Visual Lab, and Writing Assistant, as shown on the home page.

• Who may use the app, and any age or family-account rules.
• License to the app, acceptable use, and account termination if accounts exist.
• How AI Tutor Chat, Problem Solver photos, and Writing Assistant text may be used, and what the product does not promise about accuracy.
• Store terms once Apple or Google listings exist. They do not yet.
• Disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law.
• How these terms change, and when a published version replaces this draft.
